  3. What part did religion play in Mesopotamian culture? Why was religion so important, what forms did it take?
  4. What were the major features of the Egyptian political system, religious establishment, social structure? How did they work together to create a harmonious civilization? In what specific ways has Egypt contributed to subsequent civilizations?
